Intensive Somatic Reset

This half-day (3.25-3.75 hour) intensive somatic reset therapy is a type of holistic therapy that focuses on the heart, mind, body, & spirit connection for the intention of emotional trauma release.  For first-time and monthly clients only.

How to Prepare

1/2 Day Reset must be booked a minimum of 1-week in advance.  For Ayurvedic Dosha massage, you must take the quiz to determine your 1-2 doshas.
